Ugh, I need to hit the "reset" button on eating, especially after a long weekend full of cupcakes and cocktails. I joined a free 6 Day Shred group to add a little discipline and keep myself accountable. Obviously it involves eating (no juice cleanses for this gal!), but I'll just consume the clean stuff! I'll workout, too, since I'm almost better at sweating than I am at eating. Almost.
